The best collection depends on the number of people and the variety you would love in the gallery. Twenty minutes can be perfect for a small immediate family, while several households and grandparents usually feel much better with more breathing room.

Before you reserve
A few simple details before you reserve.
A $250 retainer reserves your session date and begins the planning process. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the session. If travel, permits, parking or admission apply, you’ll know those details before booking.
Family-session galleries are typically delivered within two to three weeks. Additional images may be available through the proofing gallery, but there is never a required upgrade after the session.
Studio and seasonal offerings: Availability, duration and pricing can change by offering and are confirmed before booking.

How do we officially reserve a date?
Your date is officially reserved once your agreement is signed and the $250 retainer is paid. Until both are complete, the date remains available to other families.
What is included with each family collection?
Every family collection includes one approved outdoor location and high-resolution edited images in color. Petite includes up to 20 minutes and 20 images, Essential includes up to 40 minutes and 40 images, and Signature includes up to 60 minutes and 60 images.
Which collection is the best fit for us?
Petite is designed for smaller immediate families and select morning start times. Essential gives immediate families and small groups more breathing room. Signature is usually the most comfortable choice for larger or extended families because it allows time for more groupings and variety.
Can we purchase more images after the session?
Yes. If additional finished images are available in your gallery, you may purchase extra download credits for $25 per image. There is never a required upgrade—you can simply enjoy the number already included with your collection.
When is the balance due, and when will we receive our gallery?
The remaining balance is due three days before your session. Most galleries are delivered in approximately two to three weeks and remain open for 14 days, so please download and back up your photographs before the gallery closes.
What if weather or plans change?
We understand that plans and Florida weather can be unpredictable. We monitor conditions carefully and will communicate if a location change or weather reschedule is needed. Because your date has been reserved specifically for you, cancellation and rescheduling terms are explained clearly in the agreement before you book.
