You do not need perfectly behaved children, a partner who loves being photographed or a list of poses saved on your phone. We’ll give you plenty of direction, keep the mood light and help everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera.

What thoughtful planning makes easier
There is a thoughtful plan behind the session, but it should still feel easy.
We’ll start with the family photographs everyone wants, then loosen things up with movement, smaller groups and plenty of personality. You get a complete gallery without the session feeling like a long list of poses.

We usually begin with the full family while everyone is together and ready.
Grandparents and little ones
Grandparents and young children are photographed early so they do not have to wait through every combination.
Families, siblings and cousins
We work through the smaller groups families most often print, frame and share.
Then we relax into it
Once the important portraits are included, there is plenty of room for movement, laughter and photographs that feel less posed.

What is a family session actually like?
Relaxed and fully guided. We’ll help with where to stand, what to do with your hands and when to simply enjoy your family. You do not need to arrive knowing how to pose.
What if my children are shy, busy or having a hard day?
That is completely okay. We work with real children and real personalities every day. We keep things moving, use play and little breaks when needed, and never expect perfect behavior or nonstop smiles.
Which collection should we choose?
Petite is best for smaller immediate families who want a short morning session. Essential gives immediate families more time and variety. Signature is the strongest fit for larger or extended families and anyone wanting more combinations. If you are unsure, tell us who is coming and we’ll gladly help.
Will you help us choose a location and outfits?
Absolutely. We’ll recommend locations based on your family, schedule, mobility needs and the look you love. We’ll also help you coordinate clothing that feels comfortable and looks beautiful without making everyone match.
When will our gallery be ready?
Most family galleries are ready in approximately two to three weeks. Your private gallery will be available for 14 days, so we recommend downloading everything promptly and saving a backup in more than one place.
What happens if Florida weather becomes a problem?
We keep a close eye on the forecast and the conditions at your actual location. If the weather becomes unsafe or truly unsuitable, we’ll walk you through the best available option, which may include a location change or rescheduling.
