Mobility, little children and vacation logistics
A location everyone can comfortably enjoy.
We’ll consider grandparents, toddlers, strollers, parking and how everyone is arriving before recommending a location. The setting should be beautiful, but it also needs to feel comfortable for the people you love.
For rental homes and resorts, we’ll confirm whether professional photography is allowed. When a property is not the best fit, we can recommend a nearby alternative with better light, more space and fewer complications.

Can you photograph a very large family?
Yes. We regularly photograph multi-generational families. Tell us the total number of people, households and children so we can recommend enough time and build a comfortable plan before everyone arrives.
How do you organize all the different groupings?
We’ll learn how everyone is connected ahead of time. We usually begin with the full family, then move through grandparents, individual households, siblings, cousins, couples and children in an order that keeps things moving smoothly.
Which collection works best for an extended family?
The 60-minute Signature Collection is usually the most comfortable fit. It gives us more room for the full group, smaller family combinations and the natural in-between moments without making everyone feel rushed.
What if a family member has limited mobility?
Please tell us before we choose the location. We’ll look for a beautiful setting with easier parking, shorter walking distances and terrain that feels comfortable for the people joining us.
Can we use our resort or vacation rental?
Possibly. The property must allow professional photography and have enough space and suitable light for the group. We’ll help you think it through, while any required permission, parking, admission or location fee remains the client’s responsibility.
How should several households coordinate clothing?
Choose a shared color palette instead of identical outfits. We’ll send practical guidance so each household can feel like themselves while the entire family still looks beautifully connected.
